A: We are a direct manufacturer. Weifang Pritech Chemical operates our own production facility in Weifang, Shandong, China. We produce Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Sulphate, Ferrous Sulphate and related industrial chemicals. We welcome on-site factory visits and live video inspections at any time.

Q2. What certifications do you hold?

A: Our facility is ISO 9001 certified. Products comply with REACH regulations where applicable. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Third-party testing by SGS, BV, or Intertek is available upon request.

Q3. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes. We provide free samples (500g–1kg) for quality evaluation. You only cover the international courier cost via your DHL, FedEx, or UPS account. Samples are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Q4. What product grades and forms do you supply?

A: We supply industrial-grade and technical-grade products in multiple forms — flake, granule, pellet, and powder. For example, Calcium Chloride is available in 74% dihydrate and 94%+ anhydrous grades. Specifications such as particle size and purity can be adjusted within reasonable ranges to meet your application.

Q5. Can you customize packaging?

A: Yes. Standard options include 25kg PP woven bags, 50kg bags, and 1-ton jumbo bags (FIBC). We also support neutral packaging, private labeling with your brand, and palletized loading with fumigated wooden pallets. Let us know your requirements and we'll arrange accordingly.

Q6. What is your MOQ?

A: Standard MOQ is 1×20ft container (approximately 25–27 MT depending on product and packing). Mixed loading of different products in one container is possible — for example, Calcium Chloride and Magnesium Chloride together. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Q7. What are your delivery terms and lead time?

A: Standard delivery: FOB Qingdao. We also support CIF, CFR, and EXW upon request. Lead time for bulk orders is typically 15–25 days after deposit confirmation. For urgent orders, we can expedite production — just ask.

Q8. How do you ensure product quality during shipping?

A: All products are packed in moisture-proof, seaworthy packaging. Before loading, we share pre-shipment photos and COA. Loading is supervised and documented with container seal numbers for full traceability. Third-party inspection at loading port is available at buyer's request.

A: We export to 60+ countries across Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We are familiar with destination port requirements, documentation standards, and local import regulations in major markets.

Q11. What payment terms do you accept?

A: Standard terms: T/T 30% deposit, 70% against Bill of Lading copy. For established buyers or large orders, L/C at sight is negotiable. We also support other payment methods depending on order value and buyer profile.

Q12. How do you handle quality complaints or disputes?

A: Quality is backed by pre-shipment COA. If an issue arises, we request photos, retained samples, and third-party testing. We resolve through replacement, compensation, or mutual agreement. Our goal is a long-term partnership — we don't disappear after delivery.
